Solar Installer Technicians

Position Overview:

'We are looking for qualified Solar Technicians. We have openings for solar installers, roof leads, and crew chiefs. Individuals should have a proven track record installing residential and/or commercial solar PV systems. 

This role is located in our Long Island office with installations throughout Suffolk and Nassau counties. 

What You'll Do:

• Roof penetrations, mounting rail systems, wiring panels, installing panels onto rails. 
• Installing conduit between solar arrays and inverter box. 
• Installing inverter box and line side tap. 
• Installing pest-shield barrier. 

Requirements: 

• 1+ years installing solar PV systems. 
• Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent work ethic. 
• Quality craftsmanship. 
• Reliable, responsible, and customer-friendly. 

Compensation: Compensation varies from $20 to $30 per hour, depending upon your job role.
