Position Overview

ACS Group is currently seeking a Smart Building Automation SME.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of Building Subsystems of Smart Building Technologies and experience in projects in India and International market.
• Experience on software Platform Development within building Automation system, Smart Buildings, Security systems etc.
• Shall have understanding of Architecture/functionality of various BMS software.
• He shall own, manage the complete project execution life cycle.
• Very good understanding about various standard like ASHRAE/LEED and BEMS systems of Honeywell/Siemens and others.
• Knowledge about selection and design of requirements for a building for HVAC, Lighting, Fire Alarm systems, Security and Access controls.
• Experience in implementing Smart Lobby/Digital Signage, Visitor management, Smart Meeting Room, Smart parking kind of use cases for Smart Building/campus.
• Responsible for giving design inputs for Smart building solution design team and works as an interface between design team and sales/customer.
• Hands on experience on third-party integration devices connected through LON, Ethernet or BACNET, Profibus, Modbus etc.
• Integration Knowledge of various systems (HVAC controls systems, electronic security systems (ESS), fire systems, mass notification, Distributed Communication Networking, Elevator Systems, Intrusion Systems.
• Hands on experience on integration of smart building features like smart parking, indoor navigation, mobile apps, machine learning concepts.
• Good understanding of cloud architecture – Azure, AWS.
• Review Project inputs and specifications, techno-commercial proposal generation based on RFP received, ensure project planning to meet the project schedules and budget.
• Experience in system integration and commissioning.
• Excellent communication - both verbal and written, Experience in Project Management and execution Education.
• BS/BTech Computer Science/Electronic Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Instrumentation.

Qualifications

• 6 To 10 Years Of Experience In Building Automation And Technologies Industry.
• Knowledge Of Wireless And Wired Communication Protocols Like Bacnet, Lon, Modbus, Profibus Etc.
• Strong Knowledge Of Bms Architecture With Different Types Of Operator Workstations, Supervisory Networks, Ddc Networks, Sensors, Etc.
• Working Knowledge Of Hvac Systems Like Chilled Water System, Cooling Towers, Chilled And Condenser Water Primary And Secondary Pump System, Hot Water System, Different Types Of Ahus, Fcus, Vav Systems.
• Knowledge Of Different Types Of Network Protocols Experience In Engineering, Installing And Commissioning Of Hvac & Bms Systems For Infrastructure Projects Like Airports, Commercial Buildings, Hospitals, Etc.
• Working Understanding Of Relevant Technical Standards And Industry Groups: Leed, Bca, Ashrae, Asme, Ibc, Calgreen, Green Buildings Etc.
• Ability To Read And Understand Bms Documents (Mechanical Drawings, Specifications, Floor Plans, Equipment Manuals).
• Good Understanding Of Sensors (Temperature / Light / Occupancy /Co2 Etc), Knowledge On Iot Protocols Like Mqtt/Coap Etc.
• Leed Ap Credential And/Or Previous Leed/Sustainable Design Project Experience Preferred.
• Experiences With Critical Building Facilities Such As Data Centers Or Laboratories.
• Willingness To Travel.

Compensation

• $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year.
