NYC’s Freedom Tower, which will replace the World Trade Center towers destroyed on 9/11, will finally be completed in 2013.
The Tower will use 20% less energy and 30% less water that required by NYC building codes. A 1.2 megawatt fuel cell plant, extensive daylighting and a system that collects 100% of the rain water are among its many green features.
