Next Few Years Critical for Wave Power

The next three years are expected to be critical in determining whether wave power is cost effective, according to a special report by the New York Times.

About 30 wave energy projects are expected to start operations, primarily along the coasts of the United States, Europe and Australia.

Companies addressed include Pelamis Wave Power, Carnegie Wave Energy, and Aquamarine Power.
