The head of GE Wind’s (NYSE: GE) German unit told Reuters on Tuesday that he expects the company to return to double-digit growth rates in 2010.
The unit’s European sales are also expected to double, which could compensate for declines in the U.S.
GE Wind said it has a market share of 45% in the United States, an in 2010 the company expects to surpass Denmarks Vestas (VWS.CO) as the world biggest wind power equipment producer.
