Tempe, Arizona-based Evolution Solar Corp. (Pink Sheets:EVSO) and Atlantic Energy Solutions Inc. (Pink Sheets:AESO) of Saratoga Springs, New York, will partner in the development of a 5-megawatt (MW) solar power plant in southern Florida, according to a news release.
The $400 million plant will be funded by an unnamed private Florida developer and will be built, operated and maintained by the partnership.
Tim Brock, CEO of Atlantic Energy Solutions said the companies are negotiating the final details of the agreement.
The exact location fo the power plant has yet to be released.
