Xantrex Technology Inc. (TSX:XTX), a developer and manufacturer of power conditioning equipment for renewable power sources, announced that it is in exclusive negotiations with respect to the sale of the Company.
Xantrex said that no assurance can be given that these negotiations will be successful or, if an agreement is reached, that a transaction will be successfully concluded. The company said it will provide a further update upon completion of the negotiations.
Last week Xantrex announced a supply agreement with SunEdison for solar power inverters worth approximately $5 million.
