German solar company, SMA Solar Technology AG plans to raise between 100 million and 150 million euros through an initial public offering, according to a report by Thomson Financial News, which said the company will sell up to 4.5 million new shares to investors.
These shares and an additional 7 million shares being sold by the company’s owners will bring publicly traded shares of SMA Solar to 32%.
The shares will be listed on the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt stock exchange. The subscription period will begin no earlier than June 23 and end no later than July 3.
