Chinese solar manufacturer Yingli Green Energy Holding Co. Ltd. (NYSE: YGE) launched its IPO on Nasdaq.
Shares were priced at the bottom of the forecast range. The offering raised $319 million, giving the company an initial market cap of $1.39 billion.
Yingli expects to use most of the net proceeds to increase its equity interest in its operating subsidiary, Tianwei Yingli, from 70.1% to 73.5%.
