Nova Biosource Joins Russell 3000

Nova Biosource Fuels, Inc. (AMEX: NBF) has been added to this year’s reconstitution of the Russell 3000 Index and the Russell Microcap Index.


The Russell 3000 Index measures the performance of the 3,000 largest U.S. companies based on total market capitalization, which represents approximately 98% of the investable U.S. equity market.


The Russell Microcap Index measures the performance of the microcap segment, representing less than 3% of the U.S. equity market. The Russell Microcap Index includes the smallest 1,000 securities in the small-cap Russell 2000 Index plus the next 1,000 securities and the median market capitalization of its constituents is approximately $249 million.
