Conergy Acquires Canadian Solar Company

Conergy AG (CGY.DE) has acquired Canada’s second largest solar company, ETI SOLAR Energy Technologies Inc.


ETI has sales of market share of 10% and CAD5.4 million in sales.

In the future, we will be offering our customers the Conergy product range with its solar, wind and bioenergy systems that have been proven worldwide”, says Steve Wiebe, CEO.
