Capstone Turbine Files for $150M Shelf

Capstone Turbine Corp. (CPST.O), a microturbine manufacturer who’s stock has skyrocketed of late, filed a mixed shelf registration with the SEC to periodically sell up to $150 million in common and preferred stock and debt securities.
