   Great to see that DOE is funding more research for Net-zero building technology! If ever there is an un-tapped “oil field” of opportunity to advance the clean energy cause, it is around energy efficiency since there is so much opportunity before us. This effort is going to require that we also work on continuing to advance the economics so that the commercial owner gets why and how to proceed.
