Comments on “U.S. Renewable Commitments Fueled by Local Efforts”

Hi Terry,
I too visited the USGBC Conference in Boston and was completely overwhelmed by the emmincity of the event and surprised that I did not find any local or regional alternative energy contractors there. I am retired from the auto industry after 30+ year career, now seeking a new career in solar/ wind turine sales in New England and found virtually no one to speak with. The exhibits I did visit were fantastic however.
I was able to “connect” with a gentleman from Michigan who is involved in marketing CNG/propane powered vehicles who wants to speak with me again.
I am glad to have found your site and will continue to explore the possibilities that arise.
Good job of writing this article; keep up the good work Terry.
Dann, if you’re seeking a career in solar, wind energy, then keeping checking our Events section for events in your area specifically on those fields. It’s a good time to be retired from the auto industry!
