Please be advised that Whole Foods South Region has been recycling their fruit and vegetable waste since February 2008 removing over 4,000,000lbs from landfills and reselling it in their stores under the Farmer D organics label. I am the one composting and bagging the compost, which is also biodynamic. Thanks Mike Smith, Longwood Plantation LLC
