Our project ( Eagles Nest Resort ) has not only keyed in on raising the bar in health care procedures, that is being created as of right now, we have focused our design to be able to include all aspects of being able to Build Green. We first had to start with an architect that understands our design and needs. We have one.
Eagles Nest Resorts total square footage is 275,000 sq ft, 6 floors, 100 luxurious condo, 24 suits for ALS, 20,000 sq ft glass covered courtyard, covered garage units, & storage units.
I have a pretty good understanding of what I would like to see happen but I am looking for help. We started with recycled steel beams, cement. I am looking for companies that can assist us in materials that are available, from condo interiors to fire retardant materials from covering the steel, cement etc.
We already have the treatment plant covered for recycling the grey water for landscaping to washing of walkways.
I am very interested in Solar panel systems and solar appliances. We need the best air circulation, and air filter system. We have ample room on the roof of the building to handle any size solar panels.
We are building in southern California, Las Vegas, Louisiana, Florida, Costa Rica and Oahu. I am not only looking for much information on going GREEN, I am interested in what financial incentives are out there that could help off set some of the cost.
We also have investment opportunities.
