Gaia Vista has the mission of becomng the world's first sustainable tourism eco resort and community dedicated to environmental and sustainable research, collaboration and education.
We are seeking conscious eco resort / organic farm / retreat center / sustainability center partners and investors to help create a piece of paradise. We presently own 60 acres and are looking for various people to put up development capital and/or become an active partner developer. The land is ideal, ocean views, 3 streams and a river on the property. Lots of waterfalls and primary rainforest. Also opportunity to expand the project into more acreage.
