Hello. We are Sandecker Renewable Energies, LLC. We are a Wyoming based business with the goal to design, develop, build and maintain, as many Megawatts of utility scale and distributed generation wind and solar energy facilities as possible.
Our operations include plans for both company owned facilities and projects that are a partnerships with shared ownership of the facility with Investors, ranchers, farmers, landowners, municipalities and/or other government agencies. Revitalizing communities through the development, operations and maintenance of wind and solar energy facilities is high on our list of priorities. Communities and counties benefit from these facilities through wages paid to employees, increased property taxes, income stream through the sale of electricity and REC's (if in an equity ownership position) and security from rising electricity costs.
We have the ability to develop hundreds of Megawatts of wind and solar energy facilities. What will be needed to attain this is participation, cooperation and assistance from equity investor partners. Our business is poised and ready to get started right now! Our team is ready to develop renewable energy projects over the next several years and decades to come. As our slogan says "Here today, here to Stay!" and we mean it!
Our Plan To Accomplish This:
The use of several paths to renewable energy capacity is how we propose to accomplish our goals. We will co-locate wind and solar energy facilities thus utilizing the same power transmission lines and providing power consistently at peak demand times via the solar component. We also plan to install solar on the roofs of government and large commercial buildings and on the roof tops of citizens thereby producing at the point of use, also called distributed generation.
We will where possible use the same strategy utilizing wind turbines, but this application is less likely because there are more constraints in urban areas and fewer customers in rural areas. We can where possible build large (80+MW) wind farms that tie into transmission lines that have the capacity to handle the new generation. In other areas that have smaller distribution lines but good wind potential we will build smaller (<80MW) distributed generation facilities, thus providing power close to where it is used.
The advantage to solar is that it is not site specific like wind is so that we can build it anywhere it's needed. Because of this we can build solar energy facilities at the load centers and near distribution lines. The disadvantage is that it is more costly per watt of energy compared to wind energy at a "good" wind site.
We need equity investment partners:
As our goal is to develop a mutually beneficial relationship where each party enjoys the many benefits of renewable energy. It is a socially and environmentally responsible business to invest in. Not only is it the "Right" thing to invest in but, it is a good investment from a ROI point of view.
We need two types of investor groups, one that will total in $500,000 range who will get shares in SRE and another investor group who wants to invest in an equity position in the individual projects which will all be individual LLC's. Each wind farm and solar power facility will be a separate business. These projects will range from under a several million dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars, and we are looking for investments in each. We are also interested in the investor who wants to install wind and solar at their home or business site.
