Kingston Systems

We have been working to create a sustainable "Green" business for 25 years and are now in the process of commercializing these efforts.   In 1983, the first limited partnership was formed to fund the vision of helping our community recycle paper and reclaim non biodegradable polyethylene found on virgin milk carton stock.

We built our recycling plant in downtown Kingston, NY. The partnership formed Kingston Systems, Inc. that went public on April 7, 1987. Ralph (Kit) McKittrick is KSI's founder and CEO. The Company operated the plant for over 5 years before commodity price swings forced it to shut down. Kingston Systems was among the first to embrace what today is widely known as the "Green" economy.

In August of 2005, KSI purchased Parallel Robotic Systems Corporation (PRSCO). We have continued to develop hexapod technology and in addition to our proprietary hardware and software, we have developed specific industry applications that continue to foster the Company's commitment to a "Green" economy.

In 2006, we developed an application that life tested pipe used in underwater drilling to insure the very best life results and prevent oil mishaps occurring from pipe breakage. We have developed and sold a number of our units into the bio medical field concentrating in orthopedics.

In 2007, we have spent time developing applications to improve the manufacture of wind turbines in the United States. Our robots have been designed to hold over 100,000 pounds and aid in removing the flash from 30,000 lb. turbine hubs and 80,000 lb. wind mill blades. We are also developing applications used in tire recycling. We continue to sell our robots to medical universities around the world as well as applications in the Educational and training Industries.

We have been committed to using our technology in Green economy pursuits and believe that our hexapod technology can make a significant difference to our environment and our bodies and at the same time, provide sustainability in our business. Please call us to discuss investing opportunities and upcoming news.
