Holst & Ville is a growing Agriculture/Hospitality/Entertainment company located in The Bahamas. We currently provide entertainment and food service in the capital city, Nassau and are now ready to develop the agricultural and hospitality veins of our company. 

Although we are successful in building a unique brand of cultural entertainment and foods, it has not produced the financial wherewithal needed to support the development of our agriculture and hospitality aspects. 

We are introducing an innovative approach to sustainable business for the Bahamas that combines organic farming and hospitality, offering guests the opportunity to experience complete green living with eco housing and fresh wholesome foods every day of their stay.  At the same time, we plan to capitalize on some of the $2.28 billon of imports by becoming supplier to the local market and to engage in international exporting of farmed products.  Ground breaking for the first phase of farming is ready to begin, and we are seeking the funds to proceed with this project.

Holst & Ville is seeking $5M seed money to produce our product that will revolutionize the agriculture, vacation and entertainment industry as well as create much needed food for the world and wealth for this third world country.  Your investment will be used to ensure that structural and building processes to complete the project will be the best for the tropical atmosphere, designed to endure hurricanes and other like types of weather.  We would consider a larger investment, which would be used to develop the other products in our line at the same time, which all relate to earth-friendly nurturing.

We project that the Holst & Ville resort and farms will be a recognized brand at break even standing within three years; with an expected return on investment after the fifth year.  We foresee no need for further funding as these projects are expected to produce sustainability and return on investment for stakeholders.
